By creating an account or using the Vinylko app or website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Vinylko is a personal vinyl record collection management service that allows users to catalog, track, and share their vinyl collections. We provide tools to search records via Discogs, add them to personal collections or wantlists, and optionally share profiles publicly.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Vinylko.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Upload content that is hateful, harassing, or violates third-party rights.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to our service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure.

You retain ownership of content you submit (notes, photos, collection data). By using Vinylko, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to provide the service. We will never sell your content.

Vinylko integrates with Discogs, iTunes, and Deezer APIs to provide record data and audio previews. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party content accuracy.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

You may delete your account at any time from app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Vinylko is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the app.
